Don’t click if you don’t want rumors AFTER the show. None of these are confirmed but jic they are indeed real, proceed with caution
[Spoiler (click to open)] Before episodes 9 and 10 were out, a lot of fans dug through each contestant’s IG accounts. The eager eyed ones put two and two together and some of their pictures to possibly confirm who is together post show!
I’ll start with Shun and Dai since they left the show together. In their IG posts you can see that separately they have matching bracelets. It’s not always worn in their photos so you have to look around. They also take photos in the same areas around the same time. Someone on twitter used google maps to find where Dai was in one of his pictures, then they used that feature on maps where you can move around with street view until they found a building around the corner where Shun had a solo pic of himself. Anyways these moments are so small but way too coincidental in my opinion so I think they are still together!
Second…Usak and Kazuto fans unite! I say that but I was so not into this pairing haha. While Kazuto did leave with Alan, internet sleuths have uncovered things in Usak and Kazuto’s separate photos. These two also have matching bracelets. They’re actually pretty similar looking to Dai and Shun’s but thicker metal. They also have pictures in similar places. For example the most fishy one is where they’re both in front of Tower Records. There’s a couple of other coincidences including being by Tokyo Tower and apparently they may have vacationed to Bali or Thailand together judging by the photos?! Lastly Kazuto looks noticeably different, like beefy haha. Which fans are suspecting he has taken on Usak’s fitness regime.
I personally could never be with Shun no matter how hot he is lol. Usak and Kaz are good for each other though if true.

[Spoiler (click to open)]The photo evidence was definitely revealing but at the same time, I have to keep in mind that these pictures could all be planned ahead of time by the cast to create more buzz for the show and themselves. The show was filmed almost a year ago so that's plenty of time to curate content. I was happy to see some hints of Usak and Kazuto, though, as I think they both of them complement each other and they both would have an understanding of each other's past and choices they made. I also noticed that Kazuto is bulking up, too. He probably subscribes to Usak's chicken smoothies now lol.
There's another rumor I came across that Dai is actually older than he says he is on the show. He's actually in his 30s allegedly. I always thought he looked much older in the face based on my first impression of him on the show. He also was more emotionally mature than Ikuo and Shun in how he dealt with conflict and love, and I think that takes a wealth of experience to learn how to develop that sense of maturity and healthy coping mechanisms.
