Producer Shawn Levy and his 21 Laps Entertainment banner will produce an adaptation of Freida McFadden’s bestseller ‘Never Lie’.
Per the Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has acquired the rights and Levy will produce along with his partners Dan Levine and Dan Cohen.
The plot is about a newlywed couple who get caught in a blizzard during an open house. The remote manor used to be the home of a well known but now missing psychiatrist. The wife stumbles upon and listens to some tapes of psychiatrist’s sessions and realizes that she might know one of the dangerous patients.
