I just want to know if the Gullet is happening next week or if the outcome of that event is happening next week.

Also I need Rhaena to get going! I want to see more of her, and sadly more of the Vale which we are not getting.

The leaks said the Gullet got moved to later in the timeline. Another battle got moved up and we will see that one in the last episode.

[Spoiler (click to open)]Supposedly they didn't want to end the season on another death of one of Rhaenyra's sons and wanted a win for the Blacks, so they moved Kings Landing earlier and Gullet later.

[Spoiler (click to open)]Hmm, I can see the optics of this decision, but it's going to affect Rhaenyra's Kings Landing arc: part of the reason why things unravel for her as queen is because she's not in the right headspace to rule post-Gullet, after Jace's death (and the disappearance of her youngest, little Viserys, who is presumed dead). I suppose they might do something where the Blacks take KL at the end of this season, but then the Battle of the Gullet happens sometime within the first two episodes of season 3, so it's still early days in Rhaenyra's reign.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens!
