I'm playing fast and loose with the term "celebrity" on this edition, but just bare bear with me tbh.
Christina Hall VS Onions
"Onions. I don't really like onions,” the HGTV host said in April 2020. “[I don’t like] the breath and everything."
Jessel Taank VS Cilantro
"I cannot stand cilantro: the smell, the taste, the texture," the Real Housewives of New York City star told Us Weekly in November 2023. "It's commonly used in Indian cuisine, and I used to throw a tantrum as a child when it was in my food. My mum thought she was outsmarting me by blending it into her cooking but I was so sensitive to it. I knew it was there and refused to eat."
Ree Drummond VS Bananas
The Pioneer Woman isn't a fan of one fruit: bananas. “[I hate] anything banana,” she stated in February 2020. “I have a store, restaurant and bakery and there's not a single banana on the menu, or [anything] banana flavored.” The only “exception” Drummond has allowed is the banana split on the menu at her Oklahoma ice cream store, Charlie's Sweet Shop.
Antoni Porowski VS Caraway Seeds
The avocado spokesperson told Us Weekly in January 2020 that he cannot stand caraway seeds. He explained that it stems from a “traumatic” childhood experience eating savory caraway bread topped with chocolate hazelnut spread. “I had three slices of it before I realized how bad it was and I got really sick,” the Netflix star recalled. “I totally threw up. Don't ever try it.”
Rob Gronkowski VS Peppers
The former New England Patriots tight end isn’t a fan of really spicy foods such as “hot peppers” or “a super hot sauce.” He added that he can handle “medium” heat.
