I think every single person who brings an attorney and who refused PBT and breathalyzer use the same excuse. He won't be treated any different than any other first time offender. It will be written off, he will attend a class and lose his license for 90 days.

Agreed. He could easily hire a car for the night, multiple nights. And if they suspend while he's touring internationally, he won't feel the consequences at all.
