Lol. Isn't she friends with Emma Stone? Emma produced I Saw The TV Glow, a small indie movie led by a POC about trans identity. This movie needed promo way more than a mediocre MCU movie.

Also, "He's created the best work of his life"? Hugh is a Tony winning actor. He's actually a better performer than her.

No she's not. Emma was in Kinds of Kindness with Smell-Good Joe and did lots of good promo with him, and apparently her doing her job (plus, you know, being a non-petty adult) was enough to get on Taylor's shit list. :/

Emma is still friends with Taylor, she is even credited on her last album

That's good to know, I thought she was being petty with the whole "let all of my friends unfriend Joe on my behalf" thing.

tbf emma seems to want nothing to do with the taylor swift PR train. i think they are still friends but it's very rarely publicized. ryan and blake are the total opposite lol

I Saw the TV Glow made me sob so much. I definitely watched that one while in a bad headspace for the themes. Not that I relate to the trans/egg crack aspect as a cis woman, but more the broader themes of not living your true life and time passing without you realizing, etc. Truly heartbreaking movie.
