Star Trek II was such a mess. They kept saying before the film came out oh no Cumberbatch is totally not Khan. When he did the line My name is KHAN I rolled my eyes. And Kirk peeping the blonde when she was changing.

It was just such a dumb movie. Spock yelling "Khan", the Tribble thing, the waste of the Carol character, Cucumber's man tears, SO many man tears. It tried way too hard to be epic and special and also Serious. Ugh. I enjoyed the first one so much (despite its faults) but the rest were stupid.
