No, with the implication that the set was an absolute unmanaged unprofessional shitshow, I think. The armorer was truly inept

no, the implication is that the there was a mix of real and fake ammunition lying around and not only was the armoror but the producers, including baldwin, were negligent

the armorer argued that her supplier gave her live rounds when all she was supposed to have were blanks. I believe it was stated by the prosecution that she had random ammo and it was all disorganized so they think that is where the live ammo got mixed in.

people on set were playing with the guns for target practice, she wasn't securing the guns at all and apparently no one was checking that closely even AFTER there were complaints about the target practice to even make sure it was blanks in the gun
