I used to love unsolved mysteries but I cannot seem to watch the new version or re watch the old ones for that matter. I need a conclusion, which is why I watch forensic files instead
This is why I loved old school American Justice on A&E, most have closure even if the jailed suspect was offering a different and implausible theory of what happened.
A lot of the older episodes are getting updated! They are still obtaining info and leads and they'll update the video. Which is great, since when it was re-run it wouldn't.
I listen a podcast called Crimelines and the woman does a secondary podcast called Beyond the Files for her patreon, where she takes an episode and learned what happened aster. Some she reads court transcripts and other official documents and primary sources, it was shocking to learn that sometimes make things up. Like in one episode they made up a defense out of whole cloth. Disappointing as much as I have loved FF.
Thank you for your comment. I will definitely check out that podcast. I had my suspicions, but it's disappointing to hear this confirmed. While I understand the need to omit certain details due to time constraints, fabricating information is quite surprising.
