Remember when he thanked his wife for giving him an "healthy daughter"? (for context, his son Jack born to Anna Farris was premature and has experienced numerous health issues)

Also, remember when he and Anna gave away their 15-year-old cat on Twitter because "my wife and I want to start a family and we ABSOLUTELY CANNOT have an animal that shits all over the house"?

There is something about a man that would rather give up an animal than to scoop the litter because his pregnant partner couldn’t.

And apparently the only people that could understand him were parents…
“Sorry. If you are a parent you will understand. And if not, that probably explains why you have such a hard on for cats. Just sayin’.”

my brother and his wife also had to gave away their cat when she got pregnant but they were living in 20 square meters one bedroom flat... also the cat was around 2 and by "gave away" they just asked my grandma who was living alone in a big house a 5 minutes drive away if she could take it (and they still brought food for the cat and visited at least once per week).

I have my doubt that Chris and Anna were even remotely close in the same situation.

Giving a cat to a trusted family member and keep visiting it is not even remotely the same as giving and elderly cat to strangers on twitter, Chris and Anna have no justification to me

He didn’t intend it to be a reference to his son and he regularly spends time with him.

Also like - - my sister’s cat was elderly when she started having kids, and Bella, the cat, was vomiting often and peeing everywhere due to a condition she’d developed and my sister was able to both treat and love her while making sure the nursery was a place Bella wasn’t allowed? Like you can care for a new baby while looking after an older animal, particularly when you have the resources they do.
