Here in Germany he’d probably get 2 years on probation and a 1k Euro fine or something crazy.

I remember a guy getting off once because the reasoning was that the child was too young! too remember so it won’t have long lasting negative effects and at the same time, they don’t want to ruin this persons future perspective with work etc 🤮
