A bartender at Sag Harbor’s American Hotel, where Justin Timberlake allegedly drank before his arrest, confirms to PEOPLE that he had one drink before he left. Another employee tells PEOPLE, “If he was drinking more, it wasn’t here." According to his arrest report, Timberlake told police, "I had one martini and I followed my friends home."
He also allegedly told officers, "This is going to ruin the tour." A cop replied, "What tour?" Justin replied, "The world tour."
