So there's a Gen Zer who knows how to pirate - probably the only one - but doesn't know how to keep it quiet? damn we're cooked.

I don't know the sites anymore because they always get shut down and the URL changes and man I don't know where to look anymore.

Same! If anyone in this post would be willing to lmk I’d appreciate it. All the sites I used to use have been taken down.

I think user slaughtermatic was the one that once shared a list of sites that worked for them. Maybe you can message and ask them for a pn

Whenever I forget or a site gets shut down, I just visit the r/piracy megathread lol. I tried to take a screenshot so that I wasn't visiting so much (and because it's such an open secret place that was in danger of getting shut down), but I swear the sites can change in a matter of months.

To be fair, I am too. I can cast it if it's on Youtube via the Chromecast but I tried casting pirated episodes of Star Trek to my TV and it was jumping around - I don't want to watch it on a computer screen (I ended up having to mirror the computer screen) or whatever but it was a pain that the cast button the player didn't seem to play the video properly. Generally I just don't watch that much pirated stuff because of that - I just want to be able to cast it from my phone to the TV, not drag my laptop downstairs and find a place for it and try to get the episode to play on the TV.

As a teenager I did totally just watch things on the computer screen, but I no longer want to do that.

I finally got my HDMI shit together so that I can just plug my laptop into my tv.

Tangent but as someone who never got rid of my antennae, it always throws me for a loop how much more difficult it seems to be for other Americans to watch something that's on a network. Granted, I know that reception can be shit. I have to go to a different room to watch something on ABC lol. Also, I can't believe antennae are now rectangular plates or whatever instead of rabbit ears.
