https://instagram.com/p/C8e4dDJJLbD In a recent interview with Billboard, Gracie Abrams recalled being at Taylor Swift's New York City apartment "well past 6 a.m." upon completing their recording of "Us," enjoying dinner and drinks, and witnessing a fire break out in her kitchen after a candle fell over.
"She was such a legend - I don’t know how at this hour or in our state she knew what to do. We both had an insane cough from the fire extinguisher fumes for weeks," said Gracie.
J.J. Abrams daughter then shared a video of the incident on Instagram. The first clip shows Abrams playing the piano while she and Swift work on song lyrics. In the second clip, Abrams records Swift grabbing a fire extinguisher and, after some struggle, successfully putting out the fire. Both singers are surprised by the amount of foam from the extinguisher.
