- The country musician accused her of isolating him from his family, as well as fraudulently leading him into marriage and lying about her identity, in court documents obtained by E! News June 18;
- From the documents: "He has discovered that the Defendant, unknowingly to Plaintiff, blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him on his phone(s) or electronic devices.";
- In his new filing, Billy Ray also alleged that Firerose (real name Johanna Rosie Hodges) lied about her identity by falsely saying "Hodges" was her maiden name and that she had never been married prior to their romance.
