I have a CruiseCheap price alert set for several right now LMAO. We just got our travel insurance reimbursement for my medical center visit last cruise, so it must be a sign! But after I get a new job haha. Also prices really have gone up :( We're looking at cruises out of San Juan for our next one, since they're cheaper and you can go to lesser-visited islands that way.

Yeah, your options are pretty much New England/Canada, Bermuda, or the Bahamas. I THINK Carnival does some longer cruises from NYC to the eastern Caribbean. You can, but I heard that all the rich people now hate the QM2 because it's "old" lmao. It was built in like 2003? There are Carnival ships way older than that.
