Reading the article now. I commented this before, but social workers need to be mandated when there are children in the workforce.

Re: both your suggestion and the above, yes, there definitely need to be MULTIPLE levels of oversight b/c power and money can tamp down on those too quickly and easily

That is what infuriates me about Quiet on the Set. California has had mandated reporters in place since the 80s. I don't know enough about the CA law to understand why there wasn't one at Nick? Were they not required?

I’m not in CA, but my understanding is that movie/tv sets are not required to have mandated reporters it doesn’t make any sense.
