My nana passed in 2001, and when we went to her wake, we saw family who haven’t seen me since I was like 3, and ALL OF THEM yelled “turn around vanna!” at me, because I loved wheel of fortune and would always say it with Pat haha and that’s all they remembered about me.
His wife is from Annapolis, he donated a ton of money to the hospital here and now we have the Sajak Pavilion, which I *think* is the maternity unit of the hospital. I know he’s made some off jokes or something (maybe got frustrated with a contestant?) but I don’t think he’s a shit person at his core, just human. Even the turn around Vannas weren’t gross/leery, that was a product of the times-bob barker was way creepier.
I mean, sure, but Pat has never been accused of anything Johnny has so what’s your point? Bad people pretending to be good people, breaking news at 11. He donated money and was a major help in getting a great hospital built, in a city he’s not even from, his wife is. He’s helping way more people than a visit would.
I know people who’ve run into him and his family, and he’s always been kind. I’m not saying he’s a perfect angel, just pointing out he’s lives in the area I’m from and has done a lot of good for the area, and done it quietly for the most part, while having no diva stories.
I wasn’t accusing Sajak of anything. I was just stating an example of what thereinventions was describing.
I wasn’t even responding to you, but since you’re here: I don’t care how much money someone donates or how nice they are to fans, if they’ve rubbing elbows with MTG and voting for LBGT, women’s, and bipoc’s rights to be taken away, they’re a “shit person at their core.”

That photo of him cheesing with MTG above says otherwise.
And shit people always donate huge, or do good things. Not because it's the right thing to do, but because it's good for their image.
It's how they get people/fans/friends to say, "But he/she did so many good things! For sure they didn't hurt people!"
