Click to viewWhile starring on Glee, Chris Colfer became a children's author. His first series, The Land of Stories, consists of six books plus four prequels. He just published his twentieth book, which is the first in a new series. He has also narrated all of the audio versions of his books. He said it takes him about one day to narrate 100 pages, but due to a combination of being dyslexic and constantly editing/rewriting, he makes a lot of mistakes while recording the narration so the sound engineers hit the buzzer whenever he makes a mistake.
Chris talks about his new book series and says he believes that aliens exist. His books have LGBTQIA+ characters so they have been targeted by book bans. He talks about playing a gay character on Glee but being told that he should not come out because it would ruin his career. He also talks about Whoopi guest starring on Glee.
