Over Memorial Day weekend, Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted with former hockey "player" menace Sean Avery in the Hamptons. The two were previously linked in 2007.
Avery's time in the NHL has more controversial stats than actually being a good player which has fans of the businesswoman quite worried. A rundown:
- his ex-wife filed a temporary restraining order on him for abuse allegations against their son
- made misogynistic remarks about former girlfriend Elisha Cuthbert and the partners of his former teammates
- he's mocked teammates
- NHL's Avery Rule is part of his legacy (OP note: I don't understand hockey, but apparently his blocking on an opposing player was just obnoxious -- and this is hockey)
- he seems to get fired on his days off a lot
- he's tried his hand at being a vigilante for vehicles who violate the bike lane (OP: I mean, that's not bad)... but he did this by ramming his scooter into the vehicles parked in those lanes later being charged with criminal mischief. He represented himself and insisted on a jury trial. He tried using his podcast to rally support for his trial and two supporters showed up.
She really knows how to pick 'em, don't she?
