Finneas, producer and brother of Billie Eilish, took to social media to respond to Pitchfork's 6.8/10 review of Eilish's third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft. Their review, published on May 21st, described the album as "good" but not a masterpiece.

“Nothing cool about writing a positive review of an album everyone likes - they’ve gotta have an angle. They gave ‘Born To Die’ a 5.5 - it’s their whole hater-ass bag.”

In other related news, Eilish's new album debuted at no. 2 this week on the Billboard 200 with 339K albums sold in the first week (191K pure). It is the biggest first week sales of her career.

Swift however blocked the "Bad Guy" singer with TTPD, making it her fifth week in a row on top of the chart.
