Those texts are 100% real. She didn't deny that they were real only that they were taken "out of context" They were admitted in court as evidence and the judge wouldn't allow them to be read out loud. Hybe went around that ruling and leaked the texts. Her Stans are telling people they were rejected in court which isn't true.

There is literally no context where these texts are okay. And if they were fake with how loud and fucking annoying she is there is no way she wouldn't have already had another press conference lol

She doesn't outright say the words "they're real," but she says that it's just her brand of humor and that they were taken out of context and that it was a violation to have her private messages released.

She's more than welcome to release the unedited, in context texts, but we all know that she won't. Lots of people are running with "the texts are edited" because the journo took the kkt messages and reformatted them for his presentation. Which yes, obv they aren't screenshots, but that's something tons of news outlets do all the time lol

But she said they were edited lol. You made it seem like she accepted they were real and just taken out of context, which is not the same as she saying they were edited and both things cannot be true at the same time.

The journalist releasing this has also been shady in the past, i dont know why hybe stans are just believing whatever he says (i mean, we know why lol)

If someone posts texts of you calling a teenager a fat fuck and making fun of a sa victim and you didn't write that, you would say...I didn't write that. Not, it's just my personal humor and they were taken out of context lol

Hybe has gone on the record saying these texts were the ones submitted and accepted in court and that they had been forensically verified. Again, mjh can posts the texts if she wants and prove Hybe committed perjury, but she won't because "they are private" and could harm people (because she obv cares so much about nj members) aka she's full of shit.

We have to use common sense with these texts. Ador, mjh, Hybe, the ceo of Hybe have all had multiple days to say they are fake, but that hasn't happened. Hybe isn't sitting there using cutout magazine letters to spell fatass in order to frame mjh. I understand it's a thing in Kpop to hate specific companies and they are a conglomerate so their default setting is shady, but come on

I have been a HYBE hater since before HYBE was HYBE, as a debut-era Army I have seen this company do all manner of shady shit, but they are fully within their legal rights to pull those messages during their audit lol.

"Edited" just reminds me of JD'S lawyers saying Amber's photos were edited because they were saved and then resaved in another format. She says a lot, but also nothing at all. It strikes me as super weird that she wouldn't come out and say they are fake and that she never said those things, because what's being attributed to her is foul and can not be explained away.

Prior to this whole thing blowing up I had no idea who the chair of Hybe was. I didn't even know le sserafim was under the Hybe umbrella. I follow kpop in the sense that I literally only listen to girl groups and female soloists. It's super weird to me that people who don't think Hybe is lying in this instance are branded as Hybe stans or bts fans when i've listened to like butter and dynamite and that's it 🤣

It's not arbitrary omfg It makes no sense that they are edited to the point where all context is removed from "she's a fat fuck" Edited can mean literally anything. From redacting names to condensing text chains into reader friendly format. Her not saying they are fake is why I don't believe her. "Edited" is a way to avoid criticism without straight out lying. The burden of proof is on her right now to show the original texts, but again she won't do that. We don't have to be geniuses to realize why that is. Idk how I can be any more clear.

man, idk why this is confusing people. She said the messages were edited out of context and like, yeah, the guy took the written text transcripts and put them in kakao format in photoshop like screenshots. so yes, they were edited.... but at no point is she saying "I never said that" or "Those are not my words" only "This is how I joke around, you'd have to know me to get it" and "It's out of context" and "They're edited out of order". She's not denying that these are her words because she legally can't lol. The only reason these got thrown out of court is because the judge decided they were irrelevant to the case, which is mainly a financial dispute. She is carefully wording things in order to muddy the waters and people are falling for it.
