Andrew Jarecki reveals how they discovered Robert Durst's bathroom confession two years after it was recorded.

When S1 aired, Jimmy called Andrew’s people and asked him to come on the show. They scheduled him to appear but the LAPD & DA (who, unbeknownst to Jarecki, were planning to arrest Robert Durst before the last episode of S1 aired) found out about Andrew’s upcoming appearance on the Tonight Show and told him to cancel it.
