Chad Michael Murray knows he was too young when he married Sophia Bush in 2005.
“I was a baby. I didn’t know up, down, left, right. You move out there and you go, ‘Well, what am I supposed to do now? Get married? That’s exciting!’”
He was 23 years old when he tied the knot with Bush in April 2005.
They announced their breakup just five months later.
Bush filed for an annulment in February 2006.
The pair were granted a divorce in December 2006.

"The divorce was hard because it was the first time I went through something like that publicly. It was really for the best. He’s lovely, we shouldn’t have gotten married. We were really young when we met. We were 22 and we were crazy. Two insane people getting married. We were young and wild. Once I knew that it was time to go, I always wanted the best for him. I still want the best for him. I actually bump into him here and there. It’s been so long.”
The former couple met on the set in 2007 and dated for four years before getting engaged.
They tied the knot in 2011, then they called it quits and their divorce was finalized in 2013.
