Company is claiming Lisa Marie put the house up as collateral in 2018 and defaulted on a loan. However the notary public said she had never met Lisa Marie, never notarized any document and the notary never recorded the documents at the county register. Additionally, the deed of trust is not on file. So they're auctioning off Graceland with no valid documentation, I guess?

And the shadiness worsens because this entity has no business address (only po boxes) or email (they use outlook) and no working phone. Apparently, if I understand correctly, Riley's lawyers said since 2023 they've tried to contact the entity via email, letter and phone to address their collections claim and they were "ghosted" by the llc.
