looks to me like Kelly thought one of the staff stepped on her dress while ushering her up the steps and that triggered her to snap at them

Yeah even though I don't see someone step on her dress. I think even the male security guard made a motion to avoid it.

Unless something else happened, I still think it's that she didn't like being rushed while she was taking pics.
