Oh no, bummer, I remember really liking the first season of that show, although it went off the rails after the actual prison break.

Name names, Sarah! If Wentworth Miller is an asshole I need to know!

She went into more detail on Jon Berenthal’s podcast. She seemed to suggest they were all in a groupthink mindset but (and my memory is fuzzy) she knew that people like Wentworth knew better and mostly stayed quiet, which still bothered her.

ETA - iirc she did not actually give names but you could guess

It sounds like Wentworth who she was good friends with never stood up for her

And this is the problem - men not standing up to other men, making it clear their behaviour is not acceptable and won't be tolerated.

Men allowing this shit to happen even if they thsmselves aren't participating in the action/behaviour is a huge issue.

There won't be change until men themselves speak up against other men/intervene.

Was he out during that time? If not I can imagine he had to endure lot of "those" jokes and I wouldn't blame him for keeping to himself... but who knows

I don't think at the time unless to a few castmates?

But it doesn't negate the fact that Sarah (and probably other women) were mistreated on that set. And he was the star - his voice had more weight than others.

Oh definitely... but I would still cut him some slack cause being gay lead in 2005 he was probably scared shitless himself

My money's on Dominic Purcell now that we know him to be a gross creep

Makes me concerned for the Legends of Tomorrow cast too

100% Robert Knepper is the one who spat on her imo

She says that they were mostly all friends of hers individually, but they became like a wolf pack when they all got together. It sounded like she was the most disappointed in Wentworth for failing to stand up for her, she talks about how there was one person there who had the most power in the room, all he had to do was simply say knock it off and it would have ended it right there, but he didn’t say or do anything. I assume that was referring to Wentworth as she also says that that person was a very very close friend of hers, and so she didn’t understand why they wouldn’t stick up for her, that it wouldn’t have taken much more than a simple ‘knock it off’ to get the rest of them to stop
