all we can see and know is the physical world. there's so much we dont know about the metaphysical. i mean 80% of the universe is dark matter (meaning we have no idea whats in it).
it doesnt have to be demons or ghosts. but theres a lot about the cosmos we have no idea about. what people think are curses or whatever could be something to do with energy.
i think its very ignorant to say with extreme certainty what there is or isnt. scientists know that they dont know shit. we can also humble ourselves and say the same.

i feel like i’m open to the mysteries of existence but i automatically disbelieve anyone who acts like they’re not mysterious, if that makes sense. like that tiktok witch andrew garfield is dating… the numinous may or may not be real but if it IS it doesn’t work like that!!!
But no one has thus far proved that supernatural entities exist in the way people claim they do. And since people make very definitive claims about them, they should be able to back that up with definitive evidence and they can't.
There is a lot we don't know about the universe and I do actually agree that it's possible there are intelligent entities that exist in ways we can't comprehend...why that would lead you to conclude that Christians are right about demons, one of the most comprehendable and human centric supernatural entities people make claims about...I don't know. You can be open minded without being credulous and elevating a world view which is actively used to hurt actual existing humans via normal, human means.
i didnt mean supernatural entities exist. i said its not about demons or ghosts. what people may ascribe to supernatural entities could be nothing more than energy/the universe responding to different frequencies. an interplay between the physical and metaphysical, which quantum physics is exploring. its a fact that everything is vibrating (because of atoms). could it be that vibrations we send out (consciously or subconsciously) tap on the cosmic web at a certain frequency? who knows
I'm not gonna say that we as humans have figured everything out -- we kinda keep proving that we have a lot to learn -- but people who blame their real-life obvious problems on ~demons and curses drive me nuts. Take responsibility for your shit!!
