oh this looks GOOD

I've been reading about prairie madness recently, or the phenomenon of pioneer settlers losing their minds due to the trauma of isolation, and I'd love if this movie was about that/paranoia as opposed to something supernatural

it seems to be hinting that way, and I think it'd be stronger/creepier

Ha I've basically just commented how showing the supernatural stuff already revealed what's going on but reading your comment it could also just be people losing their minds and seeing things...hmmmm...😅🤔 still intriguing though!

totally agree! those movies always stick with me way longer. and I think judging by the trailer it might be going in that direction as the boys call into question whether or not their mother is right several times.
