"I couldn't have been more green," Denberg said. "I couldn't have been more vulnerable."
  • Lori says that Dan fostered a connection with her after he defended her from a producer who asked her to lose weight. Said he knew what it was like to be fat. While she had known Schneider since she was 17, the relationship only became sexual when she turned 19.
  • During the first 4 seasons of All That (1994-98), Dan's behavior escalated. She said he lashed out at her on set and once initiated phone sex. Denberg said that looking back, she's disturbed by the power imbalance between herself and Schneider, who was a decade older than Denberg and one of the most powerful people working on "All That."
  • When "All That" filming moved from Orlando to Los Angeles in 1996, Lori  said she began spending late nights at Schneider's home, sometimes sleeping over. While they were not sexually intimate during these sleepovers, Denberg said they would give each other massages and that Schneider frequently played porn on his computer, which esclated to beastiality clips.
  • Lori said her relationship with Schneider developed into a "weird, abusive friendship." One night, when Lori was around 20 or 21, she said things became physical. Lori said they were watching "Jeopardy!" at Schneider's home and made a bet on who could get the most answers correct. The winner would get a massage. But when Lori won, she said, Schneider also fondled and put his mouth on her breasts.
  • After she left "All That" and returned to visit 13 year old Amanda Bynes on the set of the "Amanda Show", she raised concerns about how gaunt and exhuasted Amanda looked. She found out later that she was banned from the lot afterwards.

When Business Insider reached out to Schneider for comments on the article, he said Lori's accuations are "wildly exaggerated and, in most cases, false."
