I saw the video of Johny and Simone standing 5 feet apart and not interacting
I’m starting to believe there’s something going on there. Especially because we saw Simone and Phoebe together, as well as Johny and Phoebe later

i get what you mean, but it's a 7 seconds long video and someone commented on the video:

"Attendees need to stay with their designer in specific places in the line. They cannot move about and go wherever they want. Maybe they talked just minutes before, we don't know."

so we'll just have to wait and see how they'll interact during the official s3 premiere

I don't know if anyone besides Nic and Luke are officially confirmed, but both Simone and Jonny are expected to attend. Luke Thompson is the only one confirmed not going, apparently. He has play that's running.

we'll see if they go to the premiere, but i highly doubt they'll attend. I hope, i'm mistaken
