if a tailor would take that extra fabric out you'd be stuck with a suit you can't move your arms in, it's more of a fabric issue

Seriously, it looks wrinkled. It also looks (at least in this photo) like one of those cheap ass superhero costumes you get that's just a zentai with the ornately-detailed costumed PRINTED on it.
