I need Homelander to lose. They've dragged his defeat for too long and I know that would probably mean ending the show but ENOUGH. At least give him a beating that takes him a season to recover from. Also, more Kimiko!!!

I guess the one consolation is that the actor who plays him finally gets to show his face and reap all the credits he rightfully deserves.

I'm not watching the trailer since I don't want to go into this looking for hints to prove my theories right based off the trailer. My only hope is that Kimiko+Frenchie, Queen Maeve, MM, Black Noir, The Deep, Starlight and maybe Ashley (because she's hella entertaining) make it out alive. I'm keeping the bar as low as possible because it's gonna be crazy; but even then... looking at my list, it's still a high bar if the show doesn't pull insane deux-ex machina at the last hour.

I think Queen Maeve will be a given survivor, although I'm sad Dominique most likely won't be in this season. :/ If anyone has to survive from the Vought side, I hope its Ashley. Queen has been through SO MUCH.

Sis deserves to retire and be at peace for the rest of her life, omg. She definitely will be back at some point because she's invested too much into crime fighting to just let Homelander run amok killing everyone. A Queen Maeve & Soldier Boy team-up will be glorious to behold but knowing this show, we're guaranteed a bitter sweet ending if not a tragic one. :(

tbh I'm trash and would ship Queen Maeve/Soldier Boy so I hope Dominique makes a surprise return. (The two of them could shake Homelander if Kripke let Queen Maeve actually be involved.) Calling Eric Kripke now to inform him of this genius idea of yours.

Oh yeah, Queen Maeve/Soldier Boy would be a hot ship for sure! I've never thought of them as a couple until you mentioned it but their dynamic would certainly be very interesting to watch given how tired and over it they both are at everything and everyone. But she's happy with her girlfriend now and I'd hate to see the show wreck what little happiness Maeve has.

I'm pretty excited to see what mess Ashley gets into. This show does such a great job of making you feel bad for her, Homelander and the Deep but it never lets you forget that they're awful people, and awful people don't change overnight.

And now I wanna do a complete rewatch before the new season... lol.
