loved this season, even though it was so short. long ass spoilers ahead:
although [Spoiler (click to open)]when Jay screamed at his phone at Isaac's wedding... that felt particularly disrespectful, I understand you can't follow what's happening but must you be watching sports on your phone? idk it felt out of character for me. I understand the quick joke of him reacting to a ghost event, leading us to believe for a second that he can see them, but the sports thing bugged me. Why would you yell at someone's wedding, damn.
Also... I find it odd that Patience roamed the ground for so long, found Flower in the well, and nothing came of it? Like Flower just mentions it days later, which makes sense considering her brain, but presumably this was the first contact Patience had with another ghost since she disappeared, it just felt like it would've been a bigger deal. Would she not have stayed in the well with her hoping to be rescued? Like why go back to the ground? I guess we'll found out on 4x01, but Patience is such a mystery to me, and spooky tbh. I hope Isaac's okay, I'm quite fond of him and that actor too.
It was weird what happened with Carol, they didn't incorporate her into the story at all, she kinda disappeared right away, conveniently to hang with basement ghosts, but it felt odd to add a ghost only for her to not really stick around, what was the purpose? It's almost like the actress wasn't available anymore, but it doesn't make sense...it just felt like an abandoned storyline, and I don't know why she's there at all, especially if she is gonna be hanging with 'peripheral' ghosts.
I'll be annoying but another thing I didn't quite understand this season was the reveal that Hettie took her own life. The ghosts see her take the string off her neck, but I wonder why/how everyone automatically knew it was self-inflicted, because she could just as well have been murdered by strangulation? Like that was a detail that kept bugging me, the way they all immediately knew it was suicide, but you can be strangled by a stranger so i don't quite get it. But they've known her for so long, maybe the dots connected for them due to other clues and whatnot.

okay that's about enough I think.

I feel like they're just keeping Carol around in case they think of something else funny to do with her. they've kind of exhausted it already imo
