She’s so delightful, I really wish she had a better leading man for her season

Edit to add that I appreciate how vocal she has been for months on the Palestine situation, asking for ceasefire, sharing informations, promoting found raising, she has been posting constantly

Ireland as a whole have been so united and vocal about being pro Palestine. I’m visiting right now and it’s so heartwarming to be surrounded by signs and vigils and not have to be so scared about my support like in the US for fear of job implications/safety/being labeled antisemitic. I’m dreading going back.

I've been a fan of Nicola for years because of Derry Girls, and she just impresses me so much with the amount of empathy and support she gives. She's very vocally for LGBTQ+ rights (and particularly trans rights), she's protested in support of abortion in Ireland, she has continually used her platform to raise awareness, money, and more to help those in Palestine.

Her Teen Vogue interview is so good about this topic, as well. She's not afraid of losing her career.
