Sky Ferreira makes surprise appearance, covers Lady A at Coachella

Before Kevin Abstract took the stage at the 2024 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Saturday, April 13, he invited Sky Ferreira to open his set with a surprise appearance.

Ferreira covered Lady A's 2009 hit "Need You Now" over a stripped-back, synth-pop version of the hit produced by Quadeca.

"Need You Now" peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and won four GRAMMYs, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
