I put Funny Story on hold but it's a several months wait for every single one of my libraries. Womp womp.

I read Just For the Summer by Abby Jimenez and absolutely loved it. It was heartfelt, funny, and gutwrenching at points. She really knows how to balance things well. I am biased about loving her books so I will take no other opinions :P

Currently reading How To End a Love Story by Yulin Kuang and enjoying it so far.

My mom read a book called The Boys by Ron and Cliff Howard and now she's hounding me to read it. I can't help that all the books I put on hold are now available!

Oh no way. I didn't know Sally Hepworth wrote another book. Putting that on hold now!

Volume six of Killing Stalking comes out today, my copy is currently out for delivery!! And the kindle edition of My Beautiful Man volume one manga comes out on Thursday, I might buy it even though I pre-ordered the physical copy, which doesn’t come out until JULY!! Which is the worst! Why must I wait that long for the physical edition?!

Besties, I've read exactly one book this year. And it was a mediocre romance at that. Right now any time I read it feels like I have too much on my brain to concentrate. But I miss being in these posts ♥️

for my birthday in December, my in laws got me a 6 month subscription to Book of the Month club. i don't think it's something i ever would've gotten for myself but it's SO MUCH FUN picking out books every month. the gift that keeps on giving!

anyway, highly recommend for the bookworm in your life!

still reading my February pick The Fox Wife. (it's not bad; it just takes me awhile if it's not an audio book. :\)
