What’s different about her? Something’s off and I can’t tell what it is.

Her nose.

It's not as defined as it usually is.

She's got that botox forehead and the resulting dead-eyed stare. To each their own, and I know Hollywood is messed up, but I don't get how you can cast someone as an actor when half their face can't emote anymore.

ooh - what? I was thinking about getting a little botox on my forehead (im 37) because i got a stupid vampire facial a few years back that left me with some lines but i dont want to fuck with my eyes 😭

You do you, but compare the work of some actresses before and after their foreheads stopped working. To me, they look dead-eyed because all expression is gone out of the upper part of their faces. If it looks fine to you, go ahead.

for me the trick is, let it 'wear off'. i like the way it looks, but i absolutely hate paying for it even though i just get dysport lol. so ill get it once, go back for the 2 week "check up" and then be done for the year or two.

That’s what i do with lip filler. I get a syringe once every 1-2 years. I dont want a major change just a little maintenance here and there

i think botox like most skin treatments and plastic surgery is one of those 'if you notice it, it's because it's bad' issues. Meaning plenty of people get great work done, it's just when it's good you don't notice it and think someone just looks young for their age or has flawless skin.
