I used to do a lot of late night roadtrips when I was young & had energy. Having to go pee and having to hold it is one of the most effective methods to combat being tired. It’s also borderline masochistic but what isn’t?

I hate taking naps, so when I really want to take a nap, I drink lots of water so urge to pee can wake me up faster, or I can sleep all day which would ruin my sleep pattern

lol, same here, but also when I'm watching something on tv and feeling like i'm about to doze off and consider taking a nap, I wonder if i should go pee first and I always decide to not do it, because I know that will stop me from napping the afternoon away XD
