A few days after firing 10% of the workforce, Tesla is recalling the vehicle you can't wash in the sun and has stopped shipments for those lucky suckers who haven't received theirs yet.
Why? Well because the acelerator pedal can get stuck.
Tesla blames “[a]n unapproved change introduced lubricant (soap) to aid in the component assembly of the pad onto the accelerator pedal,” and that “[r]esidual lubricant reduced the retention of the pad to the pedal.”
Due to a combination of student loans and not being dumbasses, no one on ONTD has one, but just know if you see someone driving this toaster in the streets, you may want to watch out.
