Babe I felt so free compared to the days since it got bad.

Then I did my postgrad and decades of bottled up shit that I’d been able to successfully put aside and live with just exploded and I started having panic attacks. Wasn’t actually diagnosed for another 5 years or so though when my first job triggered it something BAD.
