I can totally see him in the show, but I'm going to miss Gwendoline Christie a lot, I loved her character

So far the only casting choices that I hated on this show are the ones for the Addams family, aside from Wednesday

Gomez and Morticia do not have any chemistry and she seem cold and he seems like a buffoon, Raul Julia and Angelica Huston played them as completely in love and horny with each other, but still as loving parents to their children/family
Pugsley would have never let himself be bullied and be avenged by Wednesday
Hated Fester's casting, he did not fit the mood of the show at all

She was so stunning in the show!

100% agree about Gomez and Morticia. The chemistry between Raul and Anjelica is unmatched and some of the best chemistry ever imo. They were constantly horny for each other, even when she was about to give birth to Pubert 😂

totally, but they were also great parents as well
I read once a post - maybe on tumblr, where it pointed out that they accepted and loved their children even when Pubert started to change and became angelic - they did not reject him or try to force them to be like them, but they changed his whole nursery and Morticia started reading fairy tales to him, because they still loved him even if he was not like they were expecting him to be

I'm so sad I can't find that post anymore, I'm only finding this one that still makes some great points

I read this was one of her first screen roles where she got to play a feminine woman. Iirc she said she had wanted to play a feminine role for a long time and to wear make up, but bc she's very tall (so is Elizabeth Debickie though, so I'm assuming some size-ism is at play here) she was always cast as women that were not feminine.

Anyways she seems fabulous and I love that she's her man's muse 💕
