It's probably just a scalloped tongue. It's caused by clenching your jaw a lot.

My dentist calls it a geographic tongue.. There's literally dozens of us! Jk. She said it was more like half and half. I wish I had a nice smooth clean pink tongue. You have to be really good about a tongue scraper every day with this tongue cause it gets covered with food stuff so easily. 😭

I have a scalloped tongue as well and the scraper in the morning/night has definitely helped a lot. My tongue is not super pink, it’s still on the paler side, but it doesn’t have that white layer anymore, just the indentations surrounding the tongue. I love it tho, my niece says it looks like her toy dino’s head lol
