One thing that blows my mind is stumbling on new Larries who were way too young to experience One Direction in real time but learned about it on TikTok in the last few years

Like Louis and Harry haven’t been spotted in the same place for almost a decade, move on!! What are you even doing?

TikTok is a bad for these kind of conspiracies bc once you start watching one thing you just get more and more of that same content over and over. Even if it’s not true information if you’re seeing repeated videos of different people pointing out things, it’s easy to get sucked in.

Harry’s popular blew up a lot in 2020-2022 so if people were searching him they were bound to be at least some that fell into the rabbit hole.

It's one of the main reasons why I only use the following tab on tiktok. That, and I don't want to spend hours on another social media site. I only spend like 10-15 minutes catching up and then I close the app for another few weeks.

This makes me believe that Harry saying something, like some people wish he would, would just 100% not help. If anything, it would create headlines that would cause people to look into it, and the conspiracy theory would just grow even bigger.

It's very much a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation. Conspiracy theorists do not accept denials or even the most damning evidence against their theory, ever. They just spin it as further proof of a cover up. The excuse for Louis saying this will be "someone forced him" or "he's trying to protect Harry by throwing us off the scent."
