Edit to add I know black actors get completely shafted vs white counterparts when it comes to roles and pay, so I'm also not surprised by his story either way.

I guess I see it as: when Iron Man was made Howard was a rising star and downey was a Has Been. I can see why Howard saw his own celebrity as bigger at the time, but not sure he was right.
