Morgan Wallen, 30, was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct after launching the chair at Chiefs Bar Sunday night.

Witnesses reportedly told officers they were standing next to Wallen and observed him “pick up the chair, throw it over him, laughing afterward.”

Officers from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department allege the chair landed just three feet away from them.

Wallen's bond was set at $15,250 and he was spotted being shielded by umbrellas as he was released from Davidson County jail around 3:30am on Monday.
