And the rest of the story is about Sharon Stone and her quote about Billy Baldwin because the Daily Mail will never not use an excuse to talk about women.

the boundary shouldn't be overstepped in the first place though, you see. even if the 'poor reputation' thing were true (in most cases it's not) intimacy coordinators are a preliminary or otherwise immediate response, rather than this prolonged 'solution'.

When did men who overstepped ever get “taken care of?” I missed that part of the entire human history.

More like the women who spoke up got a reputation and lost work.

taken care of = say "boys will be boys", pat him him on the back and lead him off the set to another set and vouch for how he is now reformed.

I love when old ppl say it wasn't a problem because it wasn't a problem for them specifically, so therefore it doesn't count.

we seemed to take care of that ourselves

Where? who? because I don't remember anyone taking care of anything, both offscreen (Kirk Douglas, Cosby, most recently Weinstein) nor onscreen (Brando in "Last Tango in Paris", Olivia Hussey and Leonard describing their experience on "Romeo and Juliet" set with Zeffirelli, Sharon Stone describing a full room of spectators when she had to do a topless scene with a co-star screaming "Get out of the way. I can’t see her f***ing t**s", or the producer that told her to sleep with her co-star to make his performance better...)
And these are just the first that came to mind, but there for sure are countless others examples...
