And it was originally coined by Black twitter and youtube so it could have different meanings when other people use it because everytime Black people create a new term, other people steal it and change the meaning I:e 'pick me' which now has 38903840 different meanings after the yt girls started using it.

The explanation you were given sounds like it's defining a "husband-son", not a "son-husband", but it could be just me being pedantic with the semantics. A son-husband to me is a man you marry and become the mother of because he's completely useless.
