This wasn't a surprise though??? I thought we all knew this from D23 in 2022 when Sebastian was part of Thunderbolts, not Cap 4. Idk why people are acting like it's brand new information.

That said, it's likely there will be a post-credit scene to bridge the movies added on post-production.

I'm a Bucky fan but I would have happily accepted his last appearance being in TFatWS. It felt like it wrapped up his story nicely and gave him a little sunset ending.

Yeah, good point, like I can't see there not being at least a Bucky cameo in Cap 4, even if he's not an integral part of the movie.
