So true. And not sleeping was apparently an issue for her too. That will make everything worse. When I was going through a depression a few years ago after some really bad family medical crap, I wasn't sleeping at all and would wake up to panic attacks. I think the most important thing Zoloft did for me was making me pass the fuck out and sleep through the night, waking up feeling more rested and energized.

Thanks so much bb! I was only on it for a few months and it really helped me get back on my feet. Some things have gotten better since then, other things not so much. Hope your sleep improves! I still have really bad sleep hygiene but at least it's not as bad as before when i was getting next to none.
